Graduate Student
Ethan received his B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the National Chung Cheng University in 2020 and National Tsing Hua University in 2022, respectively. With an interest in fabrication, he furthered his study at Columbia University in Materials Science and Engineering and worked on the laser-annealing effect on Indium-Gallium Zinc-Oxide (IGZO) Thin-Film Transistors. Currently, he continues his work at Columbia University as a Ph.D. student in EE, focusing on the applications of Gallium Nitride high-electron mobility transistors in high-temperature environments.
